Please inform Greenbank by telephone/email before you make any deposit payment for B&B or for the balance payment for the self-catering cottage. Online payment is made through “WorldPay” and you will be directed to their site when you press the click to pay button

You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance in the event of needing to cancel your booking. (Please see our cancellation/refund policy below.)

Cancellation Policy:


Bed & Breakfast Rooms:
Deposit: A deposit of £30 per room is required to reserve your accommodation.
Balance: The total cost of your stay, minus any deposit paid, will be payable before departure.
Cancellation: If you cancel your booking 28 days or more prior to the arrival date, your deposit less an administration fee of £10 will be refunded to you.
If you cancel your booking less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, your deposit less an administration fee of £10 will be refunded to you but only if I successfully re-let the room.

Self-Catering Cottage:
Deposit: A deposit of £100 is required to reserve the cottage.
Balance: The total cost of your stay, minus any deposit paid, will be payable 28 days before your arrival date.
If your booking is made within 28 days of arrival, the total balance is immediately due.
Cancellation: If you cancel your booking 42 days or more prior to the arrival date and within 14 days of making the booking your deposit less an administration fee of £10 will be refunded to you.
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days after making the booking, your payment less an administration fee of 10% of the amount paid will be refunded to you but only if I successfully re-let the cottage.
